HOW DO I GO ABOUT PLACING AN ORDER?
It's quite easy actually, you can send us an email with a list of thethings you're interested in renting, we’ll make sure they're available. If you decide to book the items a 50% deposit is required, the last 50% will be due one week prior to your event.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We are happy to make the trip to anywhere in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Massachusetts and Eastern Pennsylvania.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY RATES?
Delivery cost is based on location and the sizeof your order.
IS THERE A MINIMUM RENTAL ORDER REQUIRED?
Yes, we have a $600 minimum rental requirement.
WHAT IF I’M LOOKING FOR SOMETHING THAT I DON’T SEE ON YOUR SITE?
We don't have every single piece on our site and are adding to our collection all the time so maybe we have what you're looking for. If not, we're more than happy to help you find it.
HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD?
Our prices are for a 24 hour rental, but if it's a few hours longer than that, we understand.
We also offer 2 and 3 day rentals.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON BROKEN ITEMS?
Typically there's a fee of 3 x the rental cost of the item that’s been lost or damaged.
CAN I SEE THE PIECES I WANT IN ADVANCE?
Of course! We’d love to have you come visit.
